Our Economy, Labor Market and Labor Force As of January 1 st , 2018, Riverside County’s population of 2,415,955 had grown by nearly 7% since 2013. The county’s labor force has grown 13.2%over this same period. While the state labor force had only a 3.7% increase. The county remains the fourth largest county (by population) in the state.
