 Deleo Park: Bike skills course average $35.00 per sq. ft. for construction. Quimby budget of $3,000,000 would build roughly a 2 acre skills course  If Supervisor’s office would like smaller course similar to Temecula, we suggest considering an alternative location on the park property (north east corner of park near north parking lot) – a 12,000 sqft course would not maximize the available space of the expansion land.  Deleo Snow Day – December 14 from 11am to 2pm
